Notice to NHS Patients: Edmonton/Sherwood Park

As you may have heard, we temporarily stopped operating out of the Edmonton/Sherwood Park area.

At Natural Health Services, it is our priority to ensure that our patients receive a high level of care at every step of the process. That’s why if we discover that our patients are not being treated to our standards, we deal with the issue as swiftly as possible.

Unfortunately, this has been the case recently and while we believe the decision is the best for our patients long-term, we understand the frustration it has caused in the short-term.

A new location in your area will be opening soon and an update will be provided to you next Wednesday, October 19th, 2016 through our website and social media channels.

Our team has been working diligently to reach out to all of our patients by phone and email to notify you of the change. If you had an appointment you will be rescheduled as quickly as possible.

Please note, as a result of these changes, our call center is receiving an increased volume of calls. Please be patient when you call in and if you’re unable to reach us by phone, you can also reach us through email at or through our Facebook page private message (please do not provide any confidential information through social media channels).

We truly appreciate your ongoing patience as we sort through these hurdles as a new business in a new industry, and we look forward to serving you at our new location very soon!
